The following information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Game Progress: Your level, XP, coins, best scores, achievements, and unlocked cosmetics
• Preferences: Game settings including sound, haptics, particles, screen shake, and accessibility options
• Login Streaks: Your daily login streak and last login date
• Mission Progress: Daily mission completion and rewards
• Purchased Items: Cosmetic items and power-ups purchased with in-game currency

1.2 Analytics Data (Optional)

With your permission, we collect anonymized analytics data through Firebase Analytics to improve the game experience. This includes:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version
• Gameplay Metrics: Session duration, games played, game modes used, scores achieved, and feature usage
• Performance Data: Frame rate, load times, and error logs to identify and fix technical issues
• Engagement Data: Which screens you visit, buttons you tap, and features you use
• Progression Events: Level ups, achievements unlocked, missions completed

Important: You can disable analytics collection at any time in the game settings. Analytics opt-out is fully respected.

1.3 Game Center Data

If you choose to sign in with Apple Game Center, we access:

• Player ID: A unique Game Center identifier to link your scores to leaderboards
• Display Name: Your Game Center display name for leaderboard rankings
• Scores and Achievements: Your game scores submitted to Game Center leaderboards

Game Center authentication is entirely optional. You can play PrecisionRush without connecting to Game Center.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Game Functionality: To save your progress, preferences, and achievements locally on your device
• Leaderboards: To display your rankings on global and weekly leaderboards (via Game Center)
• Performance Optimization: To identify bugs, crashes, and performance issues
• Feature Development: To understand which features are most popular and guide future updates
• Analytics: To measure engagement, retention, and overall game health (only if you opt-in)

3. Third-Party Services

PrecisionRush integrates with the following third-party services:

3.1 Firebase Analytics (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. Firebase is operated by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Opt-Out: You can disable Firebase Analytics in the game settings at any time.

3.2 Apple Game Center

Game Center is Apple's gaming network for leaderboards and achievements. When you authenticate with Game Center, your data is handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

3.3 Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

For the optional "Support the Developer" donation feature, we use Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple. We do not store or process your payment information. Apple's transaction data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases

PrecisionRush offers completely optional one-time donations to support ongoing development through the "Support the Developer" feature. These purchases:

• Do NOT affect gameplay in any way
• Do NOT unlock features, cosmetics, or advantages
• Are processed securely through Apple's payment system
• Record only the transaction date locally for display purposes

All in-game cosmetics (stopwatch themes, particle effects, profile frames) are earned through gameplay using coins, which cannot be purchased with real money.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information:

• Device Encryption: All local data is stored using iOS's encrypted UserDefaults
• Secure Transmission: Analytics data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption
• Transaction Verification: In-app purchases are verified using Apple's StoreKit security
• No Backend Servers: We do not operate backend servers that store your personal data

6. Data Retention and Deletion

6.1 Local Data

Your game progress and settings are stored indefinitely on your device until you:

• Uninstall the app
• Reset all game data in settings (available in-game)
• Manually clear app data through iOS Settings

6.2 Analytics Data

Firebase Analytics retains data according to Google's retention policies (typically 14-26 months). You can reset your analytics ID in the game settings.

6.3 Game Center Data

Leaderboard scores are retained by Apple Game Center. To remove your Game Center data, you must manage it through your Apple ID settings.

6.4 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt-Out: Disable analytics collection at any time in settings
• Delete Data: Reset all game data and analytics through the in-game reset option
• Access Your Data: All your data is stored locally on your device and can be viewed in settings
• Disconnect Services: Sign out of Game Center at any time without losing local progress

7. Children's Privacy

PrecisionRush is rated for ages 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game:

• Does not require registration or account creation
• Does not collect personal information
• Does not include third-party advertising
• Does not include social media integrations (except optional Apple Game Center)
• Does not allow communication with other players

8. International Users

PrecisionRush is available worldwide. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you opt-in to analytics, data may be transmitted to Firebase servers operated by Google, which may be located in different countries. Firebase complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy regulations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through an in-app message. Your continued use of PrecisionRush after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of your personal information (Note: We do not sell your information)

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR:

• Right to Access: View your data stored locally on your device
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data through in-game settings
• Right to Erasure: Delete your data using the in-game reset option
• Right to Data Portability: Your local data is stored in standard iOS formats
• Right to Object: Opt-out of analytics at any time
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Disable analytics collection without affecting gameplay

Our legal basis for processing data is your consent (for analytics) and legitimate interest (for essential game functionality).
